Please be aware that items ship from The Netherlands.

Please be aware of potential customs fees that you may be charged when the package arrives in your country. This is not something I can control. 

Process time
Orders from the shop are shipped once a week, on Thursday. Any order placed before Wednesday 08:00 CEST will be included in that weeks shipment.
Custom orders will have a longer processing time, specified in the product description. Please contact me first before placing a custom order to know any specific process times. 
Free Shipping:
Netherlands and Europ EU: For all orders above €75
Europe Non-EU and the Rest Of The World: All orders above €150
Shipping Carriers
Orders from NL will be shipped with PostNL. International shipping will be done
with Deutsche Post. 
We're offering UNTRACKED again. But be careful. UNTRACKED really means UNTRACKED. If your packages takes too long, there is no way to track it. The carrier will do nothing to track it. Trust me, I've tried.
How long does shipping take? 
Shipping times vary according to your location:
  • The Netherlands: 1 - 2 working days
  • European Union: 1 - 3 weeks
  • USA: 2 weeks - 3 months
  • Rest of the world: 3 weeks - 3 months

Please be aware that due to the global pandemic, shipping carriers are overloaded with work and your package may take longer to arrive. Please check your tracking code for updates. We are not responsible for packages being late. 

Incorrect Address
If you have entered an incorrect address during checkout, please email me as fast as possible so I can adjust your order. Once the package is packed and labeled I cannot change it anymore. 
Returns
All sales are final. If your items arrive incorrect, damaged, or much later than the expected shipping times that are described in the shipping section, please contact me so I can resolve the issue for you. Returns are not accepted.
